I ordered two pair of shoes - both size 12 for my husband - what i was sent was a size 12 and the other a size 6. my order was definitely a size 12 and not a size 6. I went on site to do a return and it says i have wrong order number. I triple checked and I have the right number. I emailed customer service and no response. I just called two different lines and both say they are experiencing technical difficulties. I think I have been scammed. Going to get visa involved as this is fraud!!!!!!!!!!

Quick responses but I was “randomly selected” for a security check. There’s no terms of service readily available so I had to go through a whole stressful process of figuring out if its a scam or not. Put your terms of service on your site so people can see your policies and get better security so I don’t have to send a blacked out ID card to an email that doesn’t match the support email given. Shoes better be worth it.

I’m a healthcare worker,I got my vessi shoes last January 2022,It was okay and waterproof for few months, but not anymore this month.I’m so disappointed, because I bought it for the reason that it is waterproof.

I have the everyday city sneakers. I work on wet concrete floors so the waterproof aspect is phenomenal! My only complaint about the nature of work I do is that with concrete floors I would like if the shoe had a super cushioned soul.. the cushioning is minimal if there is any. And the material used for the sole of the shoe is very squeaky and slippery. It could use more tread. They are made for a wider foot which I don’t particularly mind just a heads up. The loop on the back of the shoe could be a bit bigger so it makes slipping them on easier. Otherwise I have enjoyed these shoes so far and would love another pair more tailored to my work environment in the future!!! I do love Vessi

Read some good reviews so I ordered a pair of Men's Everyday Move slip-ons but after wearing them for 2 weeks I have to admit I am really disappointed. First, not much in he way of cushioning on the heel. In fact it's very hard. Second, who ever designed and approved the loop to pull the slip-on shoe on should be fired. I can't even get my pinkie in it so I have to struggle with the old two-finger-in-the-back approach. It's a real struggle to put them on but if the loop was properly sized it would not be an issue. This will be my last pair of Vessies.

When I got my Everyday Slip Ons, I encountered a quality issue where the outer felt was separating from the DymaTex layer. I contacted Vessi right away and was redirected to their Typeform warranty form. Admittedly, I was a bit annoyed for having to fill this in despite the company having about 50% of the information on my order. However, the experience was great where the agent got back to me to confirm my address and then arrange a replacement.

I love my Vessi shoes. First time ordering them but they fit as suggested, very comfortable. I was in airports and on planes for 21 hours straight in these shoes and my feet didn't hurt at all. So far so good on the waterproof but my main happiness stems from how they are the most comfortable runners i have ever had!

Vessi's products and customer service are unparalleled. I have owned 2 pair so far. The Everyday and the updated Everyday Move. Truly waterproof, fashionable, and comfortable. I had a slight issue with one pair where I had developed a blister due to a slight defect on the back of the shoe. I reached out to customer service simply to tell them that I love their products but I thought they should be aware of the issue. Next thing I know, I have a free pair of limited edition Everyday Moves being shipped out to me. Their customer service was so friendly and helpful and truly went above and beyond to ensure I was a satisfied customer. Vessi has a customer for life in me.

There is no entry point to review the shoes on their website, and this is a huge red flag for me.

I bought the white shoes for myself and they are impossible to clean, only one month wearing and they look horrible. My husband got the grey ones and they look good. I did contact customer service and they did not help me at all. So frustrating, I feel like my money was wasted.

Not waterproof. You need to wear thick long socks or they rub your ankle.

I walk my dog in damp grass every morning and end up coming home with soaking wet socks every time. Not sure if my pair are faulty or if this company is just faking it, but my shoes are definitely NOT waterproof. I also need to wear thick, long socks or they rub the back of my ankle raw. There’s such a big fuss about these shoes, but honestly, they suck! I’d prefer to just wear my boots; at least they’re comfortable.
